Boston Industrial Solutions Introduces New Natron® 310 Hyper White UV Ink for Enhanced Printing Performance
PrZen/33615232
WOBURN, Mass. - PrZen -- Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc., a leading manufacturer of advanced inks, coatings, and printing solutions, is pleased to announce the launch of Natron® 310 Hyper White, the newest color addition to its highly successful Natron® 314 UV inkjet ink product line for industrial inkjet printheads.
Introduced in response to strong customer demand, the new Hyper White color formulation delivers exceptional opacity and brightness for UV inkjet printing applications.
The Natron® 314 UV ink series is engineered for use with industrial printheads such as the Ricoh Gen 5, Gen 6, KM1024, and Toshiba CE4 printheads. This ink is formulated to support a broad range of industrial and commercial printing applications. Designed for both rigid and flexible substrates, the ink performs well on glass, tile, metal, acrylic, PVC, TPU, and other materials - both hard and soft.
In addition to the new 310 Hyper White, the Natron® 314 UV color lineup includes:
One of the key advantages of the Natron® 314 UV ink series is its adhesion abilities on a wide range of materials. Additionally, it also allows for true plug-and-play, saving production time significantly.
For challenging substrates such as glass, metals, or ceramic, Boston Industrial Solutions recommends pairing the Natron® 314 UV ink with its JP254 UV Jettable Adhesion Promoter, which provides exceptional adhesion on a wide range of materials.
For alternative adhesion promoters for machines without jetting capability, it is recommended to use the G1 Adhesion Promoter for glass, M74F for acrylics and metals, and the MD3 for powder-coated materials.
The Natron® 314 UV ink is formulated to meet modern safety standards and is free from harmful chemicals. The ink produces vibrant, high-definition prints with excellent abrasion resistance, making it ideal for demanding industrial, promotional, and specialty printing applications.
"Adding Hyper White to the 314 Series colors allows our customers to deliver true white prints," says Bonaventure Mutuku, COO of Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc. "The prints are truly impressive."
