Real U teaches children with their peer-to-peer video training social-emotional learning, positive psychology, enhanced physical and mental health and wellbeing and of course MindFUNness. Danica, who is only 11, keeps her students engaged as they boost their self-worth, resiliency and emotional agility, to grow into healthier and happier loving adults.

Their skill-set videos educate children by using the practices of sensing, moving, and imagination. Simultaneously Real U has released their Superhero Video Series, creating a unique spin on mindfully educating students.

Research now clearly reveals the benefits of the consistent implementation of MindFUNness practices. These benefits consist of improved coping skills, fewer mental health and substance disorders, and greater compassion towards themselves and others. Real U has made creating change NOW their #1 priority! Creating tools that lay a foundation for children to build upon. They teach skill-sets that improve attention span, creativity, emotional agility, and resiliency.

Thank you for joining us on this journey to uncover the Real U!  We thank you for helping us create a MindFUNness world!
