DiversyFund Hires New Chief Technology Officer

SAN DIEGO - March 27, 2018 - PrZen -- DiversyFund has named Mark Brogowicz as its new Chief Technology Officer as the firm ramps up its efforts to reinvent alternative investing through its revolutionary crowdfunding platform.

Brogowicz will lead the firm's product and engineering teams. Brogowicz previously helped Los Angeles startup PeerStreet launch their product and is now looking to replicate that process in San Diego.

Mark's duties will include streamlining the account setup and onboarding process to support Reg A investors, adding enhancements which make it easier to link to bank accounts and to transfer funds, providing a new dashboard for investors to track account holdings, enabling integrations with personal finance tracking tools and building out back-office tools and processes to support investor growth.

Before joining DiversyFund, Brogowicz worked as the Head of Product for Portfolium, Inc., a senior product manager at PeerStreet and as the Chief Technology Officer of Juice Media. He also founded Cloudgroup, which delivered software solutions to several companies. Brogowicz graduated from Michigan State University.
