T. Jones Group was recognized with two wins at the 2026 HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence, receiving Best Kitchen Renovation ($175,000 and over) for Arbutus Gallery and Best Townhouse / Condominium Renovation ($300,000 and over) for Ocean Retreat. The wins follow a strong year of HAVAN recognition across multiple projects, including Haven Lane, Arbutus Gallery, Ocean Retreat, and Aqua Vista Penthouse.
VANCOUVER, British Columbia - PrZen -- T. Jones Group is proud to celebrate two award wins and multiple project nominations at the 2026 HAVAN Awards for Housing Excellence, recognizing the company's continued commitment to craftsmanship, collaboration, and thoughtful residential design.
T. Jones Group received Best Kitchen Renovation ($175,000 and over) for Arbutus Gallery, completed in collaboration with Concept to Design, and Best Townhouse / Condominium Renovation ($300,000 and over) for Ocean Retreat, completed in collaboration with Sublime Interior Design.
The wins follow a strong year of recognition for T. Jones Group at the 2026 HAVAN Awards. The company was also nominated for Custom Home Builder of the Year and Residential Renovator of the Year, with project-specific recognition across custom homes, renovations, outdoor living, interior design, and special feature categories. Nominated projects included Haven Lane, Arbutus Gallery, Ocean Retreat, and Aqua Vista Penthouse.
Arbutus Gallery was designed as the central gathering space of the home, with the kitchen serving as both a functional anchor and a refined design statement. The project balances everyday usability with elevated detailing through thoughtful material selection, precise execution, and a seamless connection to the surrounding interiors. The result is a kitchen renovation that reflects how luxury home renovation in Vancouver can elevate everyday spaces through clarity, craftsmanship, and intentional design.
Ocean Retreat, overlooking False Creek, was thoughtfully reimagined to bring together a lifetime of travel, art, and family into one calm, contemporary residence. The condominium renovation reflects a careful balance of comfort, refinement, and long-term livability. Every detail was considered to support the homeowners' lifestyle while creating a peaceful, personal, and enduring home.
"We are honoured to receive these awards and grateful for the recognition across multiple HAVAN categories this year," said Cameron Jones, Principal of T. Jones Group. "Arbutus Gallery and Ocean Retreat reflect what we value most as a team: collaboration, clarity, craftsmanship, and the opportunity to create homes that feel deeply personal while being built to stand the test of time."
For T. Jones Group, the recognition reflects the relationships behind each project. Successful homes are shaped through clear communication, trusted collaboration, and the shared efforts of clients, designers, consultants, trades, and project teams.
T. Jones Group congratulates all 2026 HAVAN Awards finalists, winners, collaborators, and industry peers whose work continues to raise the standard for home building and renovation across Metro Vancouver.
