A globally respected entrepreneur, investor, and strategic advisor, Vijay brings over 30 years of leadership experience across venture capital, technology, infrastructure, and private enterprise. His addition strengthens STS's global M&A advisory capabilities, particularly in founder-led exits, cross-border transactions, and legacy planning for ultra-high-net-worth entrepreneurs.

Vijay began his entrepreneurial journey within his family's conglomerate, Tirathrai Holdings, where he rose to Executive Director and led retail, manufacturing, and property development operations across Asia. He went on to found several ventures, including Headstart International, a leading consumer brand in bicycle safety, and Satoosh.vc, an early-stage tech venture firm launched during the dot-com boom. He also pioneered the concept of Association Management Companies in Asia through The Fabulous Group, providing strategic communications, investor relations, and large-scale event production services.

Beyond building businesses, Vijay advises high-growth companies and funds at the frontier of AI, fintech, and infrastructure, including Dapple, Klaim.AI, and Crestbrick. He also serves as a strategic advisor to Techstars globally and to the Scholar of Finance in the U.S., reflecting his lifelong commitment to leadership development.
