Stange Law Firm, PC Named St. Louis' #14 Biggest Corporate Philanthropists for Small Companies
PrZen/33370163
Stange Law Firm was named by St. Louis Business Journal as #14 on the list of small companies for charitable donations in 2019
ST. LOUIS - PrZen -- Stange Law Firm, PC is proud to announce that they have been ranked the #14 biggest corporate philanthropists (small companies) by the St. Louis Business Journal. This list includes companies with fewer than 100 total employees, ranked by local and in-kind giving for 2019. Stange Law Firm contributed nearly $100,000 to local charities and nonprofits in the St. Louis area in 2019, continuing their strong tradition of giving back to the communities in which they operate.
Kirk and Paola Stange, founding partners of the St. Louis Family Law firm, have a long history of supporting St. Louis charities. They have sponsored the "Justice For All Ball" which benefits Legal Services of Eastern Missouri, whose mission is to advance justice through legal representation, education, and supportive services. They provide yearly sponsorship to the St. Louis National Charity Horse Show, who uses the donations and sponsorship revenue to support two non-profit organizations in the community - the Stray Rescue of St. Louis and TREE House of Greater St. Louis. The Stange's were also Diamond Sponsors of "A Night in Margaritaville", an event presented by Kids Rock Cancer with Maryville University, an organization dedicated to helping children successfully cope with the unique emotional challenges that accompany a cancer diagnosis. Extending their reach outside of the St. Louis region, Kirk and Paola have also sponsored the Board of Advocates at the University of Missouri – Columbia, and have established the Stange Law Firm Award at Emory University School of Law, a scholarship that honors the top participants in the Moot Court Program.
Their most notable philanthropic contributions involve the Old Newsboys, a non-profit organization that has raised millions of dollars for area children's charities. Kirk and Paola Stange have been named Co-Chairs for 2020-21, and have been tapped to host an online fundraising event for the organization. The money raised goes towards purchasing basic needs items for St. Louis children, including clothing, medication, school supplies, bedding, food, books, computers, infant needs, and holiday gifts. "It's important to give back, to get involved, to make the community a better place," says Mr. Stange of Old Newsboys, "the mission is fantastic, helping kids. There's no better choice." The organization, now in its 64th year, has raised over $20 million to benefit St. Louis area charities.
Kirk and Paola Stange founded Stange Law Firm, PC in 2007 with one purpose: to provide men and women with the responsive, diligent, and communicative representation they deserve when facing difficult family law matters. Since then, they have made Charitable Giving and Community Service in St. Louis a significant aspect of the firm. Stange Law Firm, PC currently has 21 offices across Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, and Oklahoma. Whether you are facing a divorce, child custody, child support, adoption, modification, juvenile matters, domestic relations matters, or any other family law issue, Stange Law Firm is Here to Help You Rebuild Your Life®.
