PrZen/33525880
New, Modern E-Commerce Site Will Make it Easier for Customers to Buy Supplies, View Options, and Manage Past Transactions
TEMPE, Ariz. - PrZen -- PADT, Inc., the Southwest's leading provider of Numerical Simulation, Product Development, and 3D Printing products and services, today announced the launch of store.padtinc.com, the company's new online ordering portal, which makes it easier for customers to buy materials for their Stratasys 3D printers.
A 3D printing industry pioneer since 1997 and the first Stratasys reseller to offer online material ordering, PADT has fulfilled over 11,000 materials replenishment orders for the over 600 industrial-grade printers in service it has sold. The new Online Store replaces the legacy online portal PADTMarket.com, which will be phased out when the new site goes live. Although the products offered are the same, the new e-commerce site uses the latest technology and offers popular features, including:
"We continually solicit improvement ideas from our loyal customers, who told us that they would benefit from an improved ordering experience that was easier and faster to complete, using a new technology platform," said Rey Chu, principal and co-founder of PADT. "We are excited to offer this enhancement to our growing customer base."
Customers are excited about the new portal. "I have been purchasing 3D printing materials from PADT for years due to their deep and wide 3D printing expertise and the responsive, personalized customer service that I receive," said Collin Lewis, Owner of Utah-based GearWurx, a product design and development company and manufacturer of the ZOMBY electric un-manned vehicle. "My company does have other options when it comes to procuring printer consumables, but we consistently buy from PADT due to the service. The enhancements offered by store.padtinc.com will provide an added benefit."
The portal is live now and customers can see what the PADT Online Store has to offer at store.padtinc.com.
