"Recent years have demonstrated pent up capital and market demand for good businesses to purchase, on a broad national scale and also here in Tulsa and the state of Oklahoma. This is an appropriate time to educate business owners and buyers on current market conditions, how to prepare for a sale or acquisition, and how to align their expectations with the marketplace. We speak daily with owners about their operations and long-term goals, and discuss acquisition interests and criteria with various buyers and lenders. The gap must be bridged between all parties involved to actually get a deal done; and we understand what concerns and issues can stand in the way and hinder the process, or impact value, price, and terms," Firestone explains.
