PrZen/33286555
The International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP) Wellness Coach Certification Program was awarded Continuing Coach Education accreditation by The International Coach Federation (ICF). The IAWP Wellness Coach Certification Program went through a rigorous review process and demonstrated that its curriculum aligns with the ICF definition of coaching, Core Competencies and Code of Ethics.
CEDARBURG, Wis. - Feb. 12, 2019 - PrZen -- The International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP), a global education leader that trains and certifies wellness coaches online, announces today that the IAWP Wellness Coach Certification program is now approved and accredited for CCE hours by the International Coach Federation (ICF).
The ICF is the top accrediting body in the coaching profession and offers the only globally recognized, independent credentialing program for coach practitioners.
"The IAWP Wellness Coach Certification program is now approved for 15 Core Competencies and 9 Resource Development Hours, for a total of 24 Continuing Coach Education (CCE) hours with The International Coach Federation (ICF)," said Julie Siler, Director of Operations and Student Support of The International Association of Wellness Professionals.
The IAWP Wellness Coach Certification program is also recognized by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP), the Canadian Health Coach Alliance (CHCA), and the Canadian Association for Integrative Nutrition (CAIN).
"We are now accredited through the two most reputable and longest standing organizations in both health and wellness and coaching," said Kevin Cahill, Chief Operating Officer of The International Association of Wellness Professionals. "For each of these accreditations, the IAWP Wellness Coach Certification Program greatly exceeds the amount and level of education required to become approved."
"We're proud to be accredited through these organizations, and we're also proud that we have set the bar very high by creating the gold standard for wellness coach certification so that our students can succeed as a Wellness Coach," said Suzanne Monroe, Founder and CEO of the International Association of Wellness Professionals (IAWP).
The ICF's CCE Accreditation of the IAWP Wellness Coach Certification Program is one of the many benefits of the IAWP's Wellness Coach Certification program.
With a focus on creating the most supportive and comprehensive health and wellness coaching program in the world, the IAWP continues to provide their students and graduates with the best opportunities and benefits to succeed as coach practitioners.
