America's Workforce Solution (AWS) LLC, certified SBA 8(a), EDWOSB and WOSB/WBENC, is a unique boutique HR company providing recruitment and staffing services for DoD Prime Contractors, public and private sectors. Under AWS, Ms. Phair has launched ReferAll - a new staffing tool under app development and currently piloting the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) in the United States to small and large businesses as well as the federal marketplace.
