Miami, FL – June 2025 – Braxus Entertainment Group, a rapidly growing leader in event production and entertainment services, has officially acquired All Star Events, one of South Florida's most well-established event rental and entertainment companies. This strategic acquisition marks a significant expansion of Braxus's capabilities and solidifies its leadership across the region's event industry.

Founded in South Florida, Braxus Entertainment Group now owns and operates seven specialized event brands, offering a wide range of services including interactive attractions, event rentals, live entertainment, and full-scale event production. With the addition of All Star Events, Braxus strengthens its offerings in inflatables, carnival rides, petting zoos, school field days, and family-friendly community events.
